BP#01 Meetings

Regular meetings of this club shall be held once each month at such time as the President may designate. Five members must be present for a quorum. Special meetings may be held at the call of the President.

BP#02 Duties of Officers

President — The President shail preside at the meetings of this club. He/she shall sign all authorized orders by the Secretaries or the Treasurer and counter sign all checks drawn against the funds of the club.

Vice President — The vice-president shall assist in general work among the members to keep the organization active and shall assist the-President at such time as the President requests assistance. In the absence of the President he/she shall fulfill the duties of the President.

Secretary — The Secretary shall keep record of the proceedings of all the proceeding of all meetings. He/she shall carry on necessary correspondence of this office. He/she shalJ carry out any other duties as requested by the president.

Treasurer — The treasurer shall keep accurate records of all members including dues paid, owed and number of members, he/she shall receive. take charge of and keep accurate account of all money, property and securities of the club. he/she shall deposit all money so received to the credit of the club in a bank or banks so chosen by the club. All disbursements shall be made by check, which must bear this club label. All checks must be signed by the Treasurer and couritersigned by the President. he/she shall see that all obligations (a the IRS by the club are fulfilled. Heishe shall receive from the post office and distribute all club mall.


BP#03 Trail Programmer

The trail programmer shall be responsible for the establishment of new trails and maintenance of existing trails. He/she shall work with the DNR and any other agency necessary for the traiFs program. He/she shall be responsible acquiring all the necessary easements! and for keeping a current file on the existing easements, he/she shall be responsible for any other duties relating to the clubs trail program as requested by the President. The club members shall appoint him/her. He/she should have a minimum of two people working under hirWher.

BP#04 Trail Boss

The trail boss shall be responsible for all club rides- He/she shall make all necessary preparations plan routes to be taken! all stop and stars, he/she shall work with the club Secretary to establish over night acclamations if necessary. He/she shall be responsible for and in charge of each club ride on the trail. He/she shall keep everything running smoothly as possible. He/she should be safety conscience and think of other club riders at all times. He/she shall ride at the front of the pack, at a safe and comfortable speed. The club shall appoint him/her.


BP#05 Dues

The yearly membership dues of this club shall be $10.00 for each adult. $5.00 for each person under the age of 18 years. Family membership shall be $25.00. The yearly commercial rate establishment membership dues of this club shall be $100.00. All membership dues shall be payable in October of each year. The membership year shall run from November 1 to October 31.


BP#06 DNR Secretary

Shall be responsible for all written reports, monetary request and communication with the DNR in regards to club business. The club members shall appoint him/her. He/she may be compensated for his/her time.


BP# 07 Board director

Club members shall appoint ore Director to serve a two-year term on the Executive Board of the club. This person shall have one vote In all Board matte,, and shall represent the good of all genera! club members in all Executive board decisions.
